Returns & Exchanges

At La Favorita Shoes, we want you to love every step you take. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
